We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Employment Lawyer to strengthen our team.
Your Role
As part of our dynamic Employment Law team, you will:
- Advise clients on Belgian social law matters (individual and collective labor law, social security, well-being at work, etc.)
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and HR-related documents
- Assist in negotiations, administrative procedures, and litigation before labor courts
- Support partner in managing complex files and delivering practical, client-oriented solutions
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and jurisprudence affecting employment law in Belgium
Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified lawyer admitted to the Belgian Bar
- Passionate about employment and social law, with up to 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm
- Fluent in Dutch (native or equivalent), with solid command of English; knowledge of French is an asset
- Client-oriented, analytical, and pragmatic
- A team player with a strong sense of ethics and responsibility
