Since 2015, Maïté has dedicated her practice to Belgian individual and collective labour law, as well as social security law. She supports both Belgian and international clients by offering strategic and practical advice on a wide range of human resources matters.

Her expertise spans the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to suspension and termination of employment contracts. She also provides guidance on managing relationships with representative bodies and trade unions, while drafting key documents such as employment contracts, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreements.

Maïté assists businesses with employee mobility, addressing immigration requirements, social security obligations, and tax considerations. Additionally, she plays a key role in settlement agreement negotiations, ensuring her clients’ interests are protected throughout the process.

In addition to her advisory role, Maïté draws on extensive litigation experience to represent clients before employment courts. She works diligently to safeguard their rights and interests in contentious situations.
