EQUI was pleased to take part in the IBA Employment and Diversity Law Conference, which took place in Warsaw from 22 to 24 April 2026.
During the conference, Maïté Rowies and Marie Michaud-Nérard represented EQUI and had the opportunity to exchange views with employment and diversity law practitioners from across the world on key developments shaping the future of work.
The discussions focused on a wide range of topical issues, including artificial intelligence in the workplace, diversity & inclusion, data protection, and emerging employment law challenges in an international context.
The conference provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen international connections, share experiences, and gain further insight into the evolving legal landscape affecting employers and employees worldwide.
