Gatien is a young and enthusiastic associate within our team, driven by a strong motivation to specialize in Belgian social law, both individual and collective.
Graduated with distinction in Law from the Catholic University of Louvain, he also completed a six-month Erasmus exchange in Dutch at Ghent University, as well as a bilingual (French and English) bachelor’s degree at Saint-Louis University in Brussels.
He is actively developing his expertise in labour law and social security by taking part in a variety of projects and investing himself fully in every case entrusted to him.
Gatien is committed to finding concrete legal solutions, with particular attention to understanding each client’s specific context. His marked interest in human and organizational issues naturally leads him to focus on matters related to human resources, collective labour relations, and dispute prevention.
Guided by the experience of law firm Equi, he contributes to drafting legal opinions, analysing legal documents, and preparing litigation files. Available and engaged, he demonstrates strong team spirit and aims to build solid expertise in social law to best support both companies and individuals.
