Since earlier this year, ordinary correspondence to your company from Belgian public authorities has been sent through the secured digital platform e-Box Enterprise.
As of 1 October 2025, this digital transition goes one step further: registered letters from Belgian public authorities are now also delivered through the e-Box Enterprise, provided your company has activated it.
This means all official communication — from SPF Finances, ONSS, RVA and more — is now centralized in one secure, digital mailbox.
